Unisun have developed a Wireless Handheld Module to integrate into Envio Produce Software. We currently have five different modules designed to increase efficiency and provide the most real-time information throughout an organization. You will need the Wireless Handheld hardware and have Wireless Access Points installed throughout your facility. Ship Tags: The Ship Tags Module will allow a warehouse employee to scan tags as they are being loaded on to a truck. The information comes from Envio Sales Order and after the tags are scanned the order will then immediately be promoted to the Shipped Status. This will provide real-time inventory information at the time of scan.

Dump Tags: The Dump Tags Module will give an employee the ability to scan pallet tags as they are being "dumped" into a Production Packout Run. This process will provide information as product is being dumped into the packing line.

Move Tags: The Move Tags Module will provide the ability to scan pallet tags and either select a new storage location from a drop down list or scan a bar coded Location Code when a forklift is moving the pallet to another Location.

Move Bins: The Move Bins Module will require a customer to have Serial Numbered Containers (bins). This module will allow ability to scan the Serial Numbered Bins when they are moved to another Location.

Receive Bins: The Receive Bins Module will also require a customer to have Serial Numbered Containers (bins). This Module will allow an employee to scan Serial Numbered Containers (bins) when harvested product is received from the field/orchard. This module will greatly increase efficiency in the receiving area and reduce the time a truck is waiting to be unloaded.
