Envio Touch Screen

We have developed a touch screen application where a warehouse employee can simply select a product as it comes down the line by touching the screen and a case label will print. Once all the case labels are printed, there is a touch button to print a pallet tag, all done without the use of a keyboard. This application will satisfy GTIN traceability at the touch of a screen!

Westmark Industries MARKSnMORE Integration

This captures all pallet tag detail enhancing packing facility efficiency. It will allow labeling data, created by the MARKSnMORE™ marking software, to automatically update Envio’s Run Packout pallet tag process with relevant trace recall data.

Envio Wireless Handheld Modules

Unisun have developed a Wireless Handheld Module to integrate into Envio Produce Software. We currently have five different modules designed to increase efficiency and provide the most real-time information throughout an organization. You will need the Wireless Handheld hardware and have Wireless Access Points installed throughout your facility. The PTI has been conducting pilot projects to identify: best practices, cost analysis, and the time to execute a trace.   Leading the initiative is the PTI Leadership Council which is comprised of 37 industry member who meet bimonthly to discuss industry challenges with traceability. The February meeting of PTI Resulted in the following:

1. They rejected the proposed interim path of having generic GTIN numbers for suppliers who were having difficulties implementing GTIN numbers.
2. The Leadership committee plans to survey companies’ status to benchmark progress.
3. Changes were made to Serial Shipping Container Code bar codes and the best practices for multi-day field pack operations for lot numbering.

In addition to the Leadership Council, the PTI has the following working groups comprised of industry volunteers and Leadership Council Company Representatives: Implementation, Mater Data, Technology, Communications, and Association Interest Group Working Groups.
